I waited well over a month to get in with OBGYN here, then showed for my appointment and was told it was cancelled and needed to be rebooked. I was supposed to have lab work done and have had serious concerns. I never had one pleasant experience with them on the phone scheduling the appointment or when I showed up. I am very disappointed to say the least.
Love the NP Francisca. The front and back office staff is the worst. Their patient portal is the worst. You type in a message and nobody gets back to you. You ask a simple medical question and nobody can answer it. Don’t have anything faxed to them because nobody can find anything. You need to go in with your questions or what you need and don’t leave until you get what you went for otherwise when you call, you get someone who doesn’t know anything about anything. This is a sign of bad management.
This is for Elaine in Financial. I had an appointment scheduled with her at 8:30am. She didn’t bother to call until 8:43. I immediately called back at 8:44 (proof in my screenshots) and was told I’d have to book another appointment—even though she was the one who was late. The next available slot? Another 4 days out. It already took 4 days just to get this one.
So let’s get this straight: they can be late, but if you don’t catch the call instantly, you’re punished with another week-long delay. That’s how they treat people. When I called back right away, she brushed me off with “I’m already on another call.” Completely unacceptable.
