Dr. Fors and her team are wonderful especially for those needing expertise with neuro-optometry and post-concussion. I have been on a long journey and finally made my way to Dr. Fors’ office where I feel like I’m getting help from someone who listens and knows what they are doing. The staff is helpful, thoughtful, and welcoming makinh the overall experience a good one and worth the 1 hour drive. I saw Dr. Fors many years ago for VT and am now back for post-concussion treatment. At this point, I don’t think I’d go anywhere else.

My experience at Active EyeCare of Surprise was exceptional! The staff are professional, businesslike & friendly. Dr. Fors reviewed the exam documentation with me with simplistic candor so I could understand. Dr. Fors is a solid medical professional & I am so happy that she is my Optometrist!

I love my new glasses: they’re so cute and my vision is so clear! Dr. Hoang is amazing because she explains everything in a way that actually makes sense and she is super friendly. Highly recommend!
