Their promptness and how prepared they were when they rolled up on the fire in my apartment. They work & communicate well as a team. Thanks to them the fire was limited to just the kitchen even though smoke damage reached the other rooms (something that could not be prevented) The investigation was done very professionally in that all parties were treated equally. Something important to me bcuz now the landlord and his insurance company are placing the blame on to me and not allowing us to have our apartment back unless we pay his deductible. I agreed to pay it bcuz we would be left without a place to live. Our money was going fast while we were in a hotel. We received some assistance but the fire was Oct 3rd 2018 and we are still without a home while the apartment is being fixed.
