The tank was leaking however because of the home warranty they had to order the tank. I called and spoke with Michelle at Call Us Plumbing and she personally went to their warehouse and found the right tank so that they could complete the job. I worked with my home warranty to get this all approved. Without Michelle's help my tenants would have been without hot water for a couple of weeks. She is amazing and represents her company as If she were the owner. Just recently they replaced the garbage disposal too. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Michelle and Call US Plumbing. They are reliable and will stay with the job to get it done right. I also had the opportunity to talk with Josh the owner whom I found very personable and knowledgeable. I will be using Call US plumbing for future plumbing jobs. I very much enjoyed working with this company and I want to thank them for doing a great job! Bill B.“

“We’re very happy with our water heater/water softener installation and re-piping, 2 estimates were given and all details were arranged.
We were given a prompt start date and a second finish date, but all work was completed in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up after.
It was refreshing to deal with Authentic after first trying to work with a different company and having to keep contacting them for info.“
