From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding and the environment was welcoming and enjoyable. Doug took care of my glasses right away and wouldn’t even let me pay, something I truly didn’t expect. One of the few optical boutiques that actually gets your prescription right the first time before calling you in for a final fitting. They take the time to measure properly, verify the lenses, and make sure everything aligns for comfort and clarity. Every other place I have tried gives me headaches and tells me it is just an “adjustment period.” Here, the moment I put the glasses on, they were perfectly comfortable—no headache, no dizziness, no lightheadedness. Just clear vision done correctly, without being forced to “adapt” to a bad prescription. If you care about your eyes and want it done right without multiple return trips, this is the place. Highly recommended!!!
