Brent came out today to service my HVAC. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and serviced my units. I have been using Bell for some time and I am very pleased with their service

I was very happy with the service I received from Bell. The condenser motor was replaced on the first visit then a second visit had to be made as my renter said the air wasn't coming on sufficiently. Kristian Espino, the repairman came out within a few hours and found a wire was loose after he went on the roof, so he fixed the problem at no charge. He was very professional and courteous and even called me letting me know the situation after his visit. I would recommend Bell. Another great thing is that I was sent an email with a picture of Kristian, which is a great thing for a company to do reassuring the client when they answer the doorbell.We've had 3 technicians...read full review
