Dr. Koppel is always willing to listen to questions or concerns. Takes time to explain and go over any needed treatment or follow-up. Medical staff is excellent. And I give shout out that front end staff is greatly improved. Check out staff not so much.
I had an emergency eye issue and went directly to the local Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Sun City. The front office staff were great , they were able to get me to see Dr. Brussels.
Upon examination it was determined all was ok. I can't thank the practice enough for alleviating my concern with this emergency.
I've been a patient for yrs. and always received very prompt, professional and friendly service, it's one of the medical services I can say that about.
