Absolute professionalism from the front desk with Julia taking care of the customer’s request or questions all the way to the top with Alonso – one of the owners who is not too shy to get up on the roof to make the necessary assessments or ensure job quality is 100%. Then there is TJ the Project Advisor who works several job sites at once, but always seemed to be there when I had questions or when he needed to validate the ongoing work. And in my opinion the star of the group is Kaylee the Office Manager who worked my insurance process from start to finish. I had storm damage to my patio and house roofs. My insurance initially did not want to cover more than about 25% of the cost, but once the Armored Roofing team presented my insurance company with the actual items required and the current market prices; I ended up paying only my deductible. Kaylee’s persuasion ability [she had the facts and figures] saved me several thousands of dollars. And not to forget the roofers who were all friendly, thorough, and fast – they amazed me by how quickly and competently all the work was done.
