Her prices are WAY below those in Tucson AND her expertice is beyond anything in Tucson or elsewhere. You never have to book way out in the future. I highly recommend Elvia. I went to Elvia's for a cut and color. I asked her to do something that is not typical for her business and is hard to do. I had her dye most of my hair dark brown with a chunk in the front that is bleach blonde. She sis an amazing job and it looks awesome. She also has the best prices I have ever seen at a salon. Aside from all this, she was delightful company as I was there for a couple of hours and we had great conversation.Service: Haircut

Regarding men's haircuts....there is just one model here, pretty much no matter what you request. Nearly shaved above the ears, a bit longer on top. Think a Dad haircut from 1968. Or Jerry Seinfeld today. Asking to leave it longer over the ears means you don't see through to quite as much skin. Oh well.
