I went to Elvia's for a cut and color. I asked her to do something that is not typical for her business and is hard to do. I had her dye most of my hair dark brown with a chunk in the front that is bleach blonde. She sis an amazing job and it looks awesome. She also has the best prices I have ever seen at a salon. Aside from all this, she was delightful company as I was there for a couple of hours and we had great conversation.Service: Haircut
