I love Elvia. She is now a good friend and is always willing to try new things I want done with my hair. Her prices are WAY below those in Tucson AND her expertice is beyond anything in Tucson or elsewhere. You never have to book way out in the future. I highly recommend Elvia. I went to Elvia's for a cut and color. I asked her to do something that is not typical for her business and is hard to do. I had her dye most of my hair dark brown with a chunk in the front that is bleach blonde. She sis an amazing job and it looks awesome. She also has the best prices I have ever seen at a salon. Aside from all this, she was delightful company as I was there for a couple of hours and we had great conversation.Service: Haircut
