My stylist, Frank, was absolutely amazing—like a kind uncle who’s a pro at hair! It was my first time having a guy style my hair, and Frank made it so special.

They called me in early, expecting it to take a while, but Frank’s skills made the process smooth and quick. He worked at a makeshift station in the back, while the other stylists had their own workstations up front. Frank was sharply dressed with a tie, and we chatted nonstop about Texas, Phoenix, summer events, school, and more—it felt like catching up with family! He explained every step, from foiling to coloring, and even let me help with the foil to speed things up, which was so fun.

The only hiccup was the overhead blower dryer, which made the foils a bit hot and uncomfortable on my skin. But Frank more than made up for it with his care. He explained why cold water was needed to set the color, checked with me first, and then rinsed my hair perfectly. He blow-dried my hair to look stunning, and the before and after pics show the transformation!

The price was very reasonable for such a personalized experience, and I happily left Frank a good tip for his fantastic work. He even double-checked with a coworker to ensure everything was perfect. Trimz Salon and Spa felt warm and welcoming, and Frank’s talent and kindness made this visit one to remember. I can’t wait to go back!“
