Next thing I know Dana tells me I have $457.00 in rewards that never expire for being a platinum member. I never understood the rewards program, just kept inputting my phone number for years. Why is it that everytime I go in and get something they NEVER have the freebies they advertise on line/instore. I like this store but if you advertises saying spend this much get something free you should have it. Or take down the signs. This is the 6th time this has happened. Maybe I should just order online so I actually get the freebies.
