Great customer service. The technician who comes out is always professional and courteous. He works around the chaos of a busy veterinary clinic with ease and is always respectful of both our team and the pets in our care.

So far Jesus has done a very good job. Unfortunately German Roaches are difficult to get rid of. It beats being tented & having to live in a hotel. Like I said we appreciate his positive attitude.

had an extremely frustrating experience with Truly Nolen Pest Control due to their terrible customer service. I spent over a week trying to obtain a termite report and receipt, calling multiple times every single day.
Each time I was given a different excuse — first I was told the inspector hadn’t submitted the report yet, then I was repeatedly promised it would be sent “within 10 minutes.” Unfortunately, it never arrived.
When I finally called the corporate line and asked to be transferred directly to the local office, they refused to transfer my call, leaving me completely stuck with no resolution.
The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability was incredibly disappointing, especially for something time-sensitive and important. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic documentation.
I would not recommend based on this experience.

They got rid of one of the best pest control techs, he is super friendly and worked his butt off and they let him go for no reason, I'm gonna be switching pest controls

They are amazing excellent in giving information and understanding what the service is going to be also the technicians at the time of service go over all the details since they are the one doing the services sometimes they have better details or things adjust after they see what is going on always informational always up front great company
