We cannot say enough about TMP.The gals in the office are so pleasant and addressed our concerns during our first phone call and set up an appt for an est. Troy and Edward arrived as planned and knew immediately what our pump issue was. The part was ordered and within a week they were back and installed the part.As a side note we tried other pool companies and r still waiting for acall back.

I am editing this review as Thunder Mountain Pools has stepped up and fixed everything. I got a new filter and when that wasn't enough they came and drained my pool and took care of all the problems. They worked hard for me and I appreciate it. I have had a "green" pool for over a month and no matter how many times I've called or gone in to talk to them, nothing is being done to address an obvious issue. They just keep doing the regular cleaning which at this point is doing nothing. I am being billed my monthly cleaning fee but can't swim in my pool it is so dirty. The owner, Dan, has always been able to help us. We've had them do our pool work for 20 years to include replacing our liners. He won't sell you anything you don't need.
