I had an appointment confirmed over text for Wednesday at 2 PM. I showed up early, waited outside, and the barber didn’t even arrive until a few minutes before the appointment. When he got there, he looked confused and asked why I was there. I told him I had a 2 PM appointment with him, and he immediately responded with attitude like I was wrong.
I showed him the text messages between me and him confirming the appointment, and after reading them, instead of owning the mistake, he basically said he didn’t know what to tell me and that someone else had the slot, so I’d have to wait. No apology, no attempt to fix it, just dismissive and rude.
When I decided to leave, he gave even more attitude on the way out.
Later, after realizing it was his mistake, he offered me a free cut. I reached out weeks later to take him up on it and got left on read.
Mistakes happen. The issue is how it was handled, poor communication, no accountability, and no follow-through.

I was visiting Sierra Vista and booked through theCUT app. Came in with an idea of the cut, and Greg turned the idea into magic! Super professional, clean, and welcoming space. I called the wife afterwards and she loved it too. Definitely recommend him if you’re in the Huachuca/SV area

Huge shoutout to Greg! Very kind, very respectful, and very professional. Met him for the first time a few weeks ago at the shop and I was blown away by his service. The haircut he gave me was quality and can tell he has worked his craft for a long time. Shop is clean, presentable, and comfortable. He is also an authorized retailer for all kinds of different men’s care/hygiene products, along with LRG brand apparel. This is the only shop in Sierra Vista I’d recommend! 10/10 customer service. Keep up the amazing work, Greg!
