Sierra Vista VA Clinic provides a positive experience for its patients. The front desk staff is cordial and efficient, often accommodating early appointments. The medical team is caring, professional, and organized, ensuring timely service. While radiology services have experienced some delays, the clinic has made efforts to improve and resolve issues. Overall, patients appreciate the clinic's smooth operation and excellent care.
Team 6 and the onsite Pharmacist are awesome! In the past couple years, this team has been exemplary in responding to my medical needs!! They are always timely in their responses and care.
So provider calls us and asks us to call them, we'll good luck. I understand all calls go thru tuscon, which are the rudest, most unhelpful people, refuse to put you thru. Please tell me what we are supposed to do? I worked in medical field, this can be fixed.
Vets in Sierra Vista can no longer call Sierra Vista VA. Every call goes to Tucson. Even when orders are submitted it days several days before PC will call you, if it's a weds or Thurs you probably wont get a call until the next week sometime. Now that's taking care of our Vets!! Not... This is why the VA has a bad reputation.
