Swan Gastro & Surgery Center is a place where patients can receive smooth and easy procedures. The staff, including doctors, nurses, and office personnel, are described as kind, pleasant, professional, and caring. Patients praise the quick service, with some procedures taking as little as two hours.
This was the first time this year I ever went to these people and they're the best they're knowledgeable, quick and friendly. They do all the procedures right there in the office which was different but I really liked it
This was my 2nd time going here and I just want to thank the nursing staff so much. They are top notch and made such an unpleasant procedure much more tolerable. Dr. Kisso was very pleasant to talk to and answered my questions so I could even understand them while foggy. The printout of the results and images are excellent to reread when you get home if you forget anything that was said.
The medical staff is okay. But the office staff are horrible. They don't answer calls for at least ten minutes while you are holding for the next available representative. They lie about calling transactions, leaving you waiting in the lobby after the procedure and make you sign a waiver if you choose to leave without a driver. This has happened to my husband and myself on three separate occasions.
