Last week I had a dental appointment, my wisdom tooth was bothering me, the front office ladies were nice, but the dental assistant was so rude and hostile the way she talked to me. The doctor lacks medical knowledge, he told me: " I can't extract your wisdom tooth, only a surgeon can do this" Seriously? that is a living proof, the American Education system sucks! there are many doctors and nurses they just got their diploma or degree, but they don't know what are they doing, they just want a "Good Pay Check" they don't care about their clients at all. SAD and Scarry!

Have to say the Chiricahua Community Center at first had me conned into thinking they understood my identity had been stolen, and medical records hacked. Wanted to make sure I was being treated for myself. Hackers started blackmailing me in1 having setup for a wrongful death lawsuit. Target of a senior scam. Was also told they'd could just make me disappear like the homeless here. I am not going to be blackmailed. See something? Say something. I saw something. I said something only Chiricahua did not listen. In fact, refused to treat me. It's taken me 3 almost 4 years to get my identity straight. And my medical records. I cannot recommend Chiricahua as they were listening to those blackmailing me instead of me. Highly recommend Copper Queen Community Hospital rural clinics instead. If you are a senior being scammed, contact AZ Attorney-General's office website to report senior scams. We are a prime target and identity theft is on the rise. Choose physician's that will listen to you. And not the local gossip spread by caregivers scamming the system. Be careful who you trust. Take it from me, we cannot trust Chiricahua.

I have had very positive experiences with my doctor. I was assigned Dr. P. Can't spell her name but she is wonderful I am very happy with my care.

I had an appointment that took me 2 months to get in to. I received confirmation of my appointment via email and text message from Chiricahua in Sierra Vista, AZ. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early as they requested, only to be told that the doctor I was scheduled with was not accepting new patients. What a Mickey Mouse medical facility. I do not recommend them at all. They are totally oblivious to patient scheduling! Jan 2024

You have the right to get your labs the moment the clinic gets the results. You do not need to wait a week for a doctor to go over those results with you. Your rights are covered under HIPAA and the specific section related to access to medical records (45 CFR § 164.524). It means they need to supply it upon request.I waited a week for lab result review and am now waiting another week for a doctor to put in a request for an additional test for a different issue. I suspect it will be 2 weeks and then another 2 weeks after I get to schedule it. They don’t really care about solving why you are in pain. I was told to go to the ER and that doctor told me they shirked responsibility.

This experience with this facility has been some of the worst I have experienced. I’ve had a dr put me on addicting opioids despite her saying they are not. She never correctly addressed my pain she just hushed it up, the people who work there and in the pharmacy probably should get a call center job because they have no idea what they’re doing. It’s quite pathetic. I do hope they hire better more knowledgeable people that can actually comprehend doing their jobs! Freaking pathetic.

Both myself and my wife were assigned to Chris Grassman on two different occasions and both times were terrible. Instead of addressing the issue, she tried to give mywife a shot for pain when there was an underlying issue that needed to be addressed. Don’t waste your time, Ive seen other reviews on her and I would trust them.

AWFUL place. After dealing with incompetent people trying to just give them my health insurance, being told they want to run unnecessary tests on my newborn and do weight checks I decided to take my children elsewhere. It has been a year since my daughter was born and they still haven't billed my insurance correctly for my child. I even had a representative on the phone with them and I'm still getting billed for a visit because they are so incompetent. I've talked to the billing department MULTIPLE TIMES and I just got another bill in the mail. They are absolutely AWFUL people to deal with

I’m not from here so moving many states from where I was, was very jarring. And one of my biggest worries was finding good primary/ mental health care. But this place and the people in it make me feel calm, understood & very welcomed. Whenever I don’t understand something I ask and I get an answer immediately nine times outta ten. And being a transgender man, it’s even scarier. But I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I like it here. 10/10
