They were able to get my girl in for an emergency visit when her regular vet was booked. The location was easy to find and very clean. The staff was so kind and friendly & loving to my girl. Our tech was very helpful and understanding and Dr Bone was able to resolve our emergency timely and cost effectively.

I'm tremendously thankful to have found them. All the staff was extremely kind, quick and thorough. One of their cats even came in the exam room to keep my dog and I company. Too cute!

Poor customer service and lacks the ability to take responsibility when they did not inform myself and a family member of their cancelation and rescheduling policy. We are now out 200 dollars for a deposit we won’t be getting back because we were not properly in formed of their policies by the front office staff. They are unwilling to listen or work with their customers and place blame solely on their customers for not following their policies they did not know about. The front office staff member I called hung up on me twice and talked over me, yelling at me and then accusing me of yelling at her when I was trying to convey my frustration with the lack of information they provide to their customers. We have been faithful customers bringing countless animals to them for over 10 years. We will not be returning.

We couldn’t be more thankful to the Dr and all his staff. They were able to see our dog for an urgent eye issue, took extremely good care of him, and every staff member was beyond pleasant to interact with. Even our dog, whom is very picky with people, seemed to immediately trust the doctor and his staff. I was blown away with the level of care, empathy, and quality of care provided. Thank you all so much!

I think it should be more like cat and dog hospital. I think since they deal in any type of pets. It would be nice to have a pet hospital that does pigs, chickens, goats, cavy, alpacas. Going to tucson or Phoenix is crappy especially when it is a emergency. it would be nice if they answer phone.

Had an emergency and my regular vet couldn't see us, but Sierra Animal Hospital was about to see us within 45 minutes. They were great too!

Lost records for both my cats, the tech tried to force me to buy more medication for my dog than I was comfortable with and they kept calling my male dog ‘she’ despite me telling them several times he is male. Terrible customer service, increased prices when I got there and did not want to print out price comparison charts for some reason.
