This place is a little chaotic due to all the people in the waiting room. First time here as long as you have time to waste not bad. Wife's appointment was at 1:50 and she didn't get out till 3:30 just for an exam for contacts. Also the doctor kept leaving my exam for unknown reasons. Only go to this business if you have 5 hours to spare

Update to my last one star review. After posting my review I was contacted by clinic management and rescheduled for an appointment on 12/14/23 after previously being told I would have to reschedule in February. I greatly appreciated them following up. Thankfully I was able to see Dr. Hooper and his staff which are very professional and thorough. I also made a special request for prescription glasses with a close (6 inch) focus point for hobbies that I engage in. They were very accommodating. I was going to purchase glasses there as well but I had already been in the office for almost two hours and left. Overall very good service except for the wait time which is going to happen everywhere.

Dr. Hooper is very good. The rest of the staff is okay, but less than perfect. The waiting area is very small and smushed in with the place where you try on and order your glasses. When looking at the frames I couldn't figure out the price. So, I would recommend Dr. Hooper for your eye exam, but would purchase new glasses elsewhere.
