One of the best kept secrets in Sierra Vista. The instructor Sensei Fredy is a fine gentleman with legit 4th-dan black belt Shotokan (super high skills) and international competitive experience. I am almost 60 years old, and he has done amazing things for my fitness and skills. He works miracles with children, teaching them self-confidence and lifelong defense skills.
