Dr. Eric Johansen is the best! He has correctly identified serious eye conditions in two my family members and referred us to excellent physicians to care for the conditions. The office staff were shorthanded on this visit but are efficient and very busy. Three of us had appointments on the same day, and we spent almost five hours in the office as they were running behind. Nicole, the office manager, was not rude or impolite, but gentleness and kindness are not her apparent strong suits. Perhaps it was only because they were shorthanded.

I switched from WalMart to nationwide for the better eye testing, and selections of frames. The manager and associate were highly effective and friendly.. I will continue to be a long term customer. Today I returned to Nationwide to replace two pairs of glasses that had been ruined, expecting to pay the cost of buying new. I had forgotten I purchased protection insurance and the excellent manager brought that to my attention. Happy Day for me

My visit went extremely well. I went in for a routine eye exam - no problems. The optician was very throrough and friendly and the optometrist was as well. I did not have to wait. I will be back.
