Been a patient of Dr Kaplan since the early 1980s. He has taken care of me and my family. I found DR Kaplan extremely competent, thoughtful and considerate. Doctor Kaplan and Mr Haldorson are amazing and helpful. I've been seeing them for 10+ years. A lot of student doctors and nurses work under both Kaplan and Haldorson and they are fortunate. My care and needs have always been taken seriously and with a professional response. I love their front desk ladies and the techs. The accounting department have been helpful on very few occasions I needed to work with them. I recommend Dr. Kaplan, Dr. Clay and Mr. Haldorson. Absolutely wonderful folks with care in mind for all of Sierra Vista and surrounding area.
I love Dr. Kaplan’s office and the entire staff. They are thorough and really listen to your needs and so kind! I bring my entire family here and regardless which doctor or PA we see, we receive excellent care. My favorite thing is that they actually answer their phones!
