Two weeks ago, we experienced a loss in our family. Our beloved dog, Chico, had to be euthanized due to his age and health issues. I want to share our experience with the Jackson Veterinary Clinic in Sierra Vista, as I believe it’s important to acknowledge their care. I am grateful to say that they treated Chico with the same love and respect as if he were their own pet. We chose to be with him during the administration of the shots that would help him rest peacefully. After the first injection, we had a private moment with Chico, and then the veterinarian returned to give the final shot and listened for his heartbeat to cease. I took my cats in to get fixed. The staff was amazing super friendly helpful. They were in and out in two hours. Happy healthy staff was there to help me get them in the car. Told me what I needed to do. Tell me if I needed anything to please call them. They're just amazing wonderful people. I recommend this business to anybody who has an animal take them here.

Shout out to the employees and Dr. My sister Jerie and i took in my kitten she had her tail bitten off by a dog. They took her in cleaned and sutured her tail. Antibiotic inj. and pain. They could have charged me an emergency fee but didn't. Thank you so much.
