Two weeks ago, we experienced a loss in our family. Our beloved dog, Chico, had to be euthanized due to his age and health issues. I want to share our experience with the Jackson Veterinary Clinic in Sierra Vista, as I believe it’s important to acknowledge their care. I am grateful to say that they treated Chico with the same love and respect as if he were their own pet. We chose to be with him during the administration of the shots that would help him rest peacefully. After the first injection, we had a private moment with Chico, and then the veterinarian returned to give the final shot and listened for his heartbeat to cease. The staff's understanding of our emotions during this difficult time and their compassion were truly remarkable. I also wanted to share a photo of Chico after we picked up his remains today. Thank you, Jackson Veterinary Clinic, for your kindness.
I really enjoy the staff in the back. the vet staff are really awesome but the front of the house is Terrible. rude, uninformed, and spacey.
