Had 2 emergencies within our organization and they were able to get us right in the next morning! They saw both cats at the same time. Quick, & very efficient. Explaining what each kitty needed and presented an estimate before proceeding. I appreciated that! We had a tiny kitten rescued in the storm on the previous night with a hurt leg, but she was doing fine by the time we got there. An adult cat with a dental emergency. Since the kitten was fine, we focused on the other one and the Staff treated us with just as much empathy and respect as speediness to reduce the trauma of vet visits! They were able to get my girl in for an emergency visit when her regular vet was booked. The location was easy to find and very clean. The staff was so kind and friendly & loving to my girl. Our tech was very helpful and understanding and Dr Bone was able to resolve our emergency timely and cost effectively.
