Inclined to edit my review from earlier. I have gone again after getting a bad haircut. That person does not work there anymore, and since then I have received very good customer service and very good haircuts. I highly recommend this place for the convenience of online appointment making and you will also receive a quality haircut. All employees seem to be very professional and courteous.
I like getting my hair cut at Great Clips because I can check in online and I have a minimal wait time when I arrive. And I like that they keep notes on how I like my hair cut so I pretty much get the same results no matter who is cutting my hair. But you can always ask for your favorite stylist and I always see Sarah because she does a terrific job.
Maria and Sarah are amazing. There were very sweet, professional, and very accommodating.
My daughter and I will definitely be going back to them.
