Flat Rate Computer & Network Repair - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

My laptop fizzled and died last week. It was being held together by a tension clamp and black duct tape and finally the screen went black!!! Bought a new one but without a screen, I couldn't see what I needed to to transfer my files! I came across Chris Spaulding's name and number using my Wife's computer and he took care of me in a heart beat! I could've had the 'puter the next day but I was away on business. My son's computer crashed due to a Windows system update. Flat Rate Computer Repair reinstalled Windows and we were able to pick up the computer the next day. The computer has been running fantastic since. Responsive, friendly service - highly recommended. He even gave us free advice on how to install upgraded graphics cards for his computer.

Diagnosed the problem, helped me figure out which part we needed to order and then installed it as soon as it came in.
