I am glad that the mall is still open.. however, I wish the stores were open when their online site says they are. I drove 40 miles and the estate store was closed. so disappointing.

I came to Sierra Vista from Austin, Texas to work for a few weeks. After waking up at 3 AM every day, I really begin to feel the tension in my neck and shoulders. To treat myself I went to Enjoy and Health and asked for the 45 minute Neck, Back and Shoulders massage. My massage therapist was wonderful, getting out every kink from every muscle. It was closer to a full body massage which felt like an extra. The space was clean, quiet and very relaxing. I will definitely come back the next time I'm working in Sierra Vista!

I called ahead to make a same day appointment. Good massage, but would have preferred more of simmering deep tissue. Relaxing though. She seemed to notice where my muscles needed more work because I didn't even have to tell her and she focused on my problem areas. Had a sore neck on one side for the past couple days, all gone now!
