If I can give Emily 0 stars I would. She was friendly durning the service, but I felt she did rush. She did not make sure her work was fully completed and walked out of the room so I can get dressed. Later in the evening I took a shower and realized I had multiple patches of long hair. This morning I reached out to Emily informing her of the issue and that I will be traveling out of town tomorrow so I can’t come in to get the patches removed. I informed her that I now have to pay elsewhere to get the work finished. Emily then stated she did not believe me and that she has been waxing for 10 years so she knows what she is doing. During the service she had informed me she was moving so I feel like she does not care about her cliental since she will not be doing services in this town anymore. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied especially since this was my first appointment ever with Emily!
To add I did ask for a refund or to figure out a way to make things right and Emily blocked me.

Really enjoyed my experience with Emily!! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the service! I only received a brazilian wax but if I had found her sooner during my short time in the area I would have definitely gotten other services with her!

It’s always a good time when I go to Emily for any of her services! I got her Barbie facial for one of her Christmas specials and it was SO refreshing and relaxing. My face always feel brand new after. I recommend everyone see her any chance you get and you won’t regret it.

Interesting technic, I've never seen anything like it before but she got the job done! She was amazing in her flexibility, allowing me to bring my baby in a stroller and even trying to clam him down while continuing.

Emily is absolutely amazing! My first visit with her was for a facial, and I was blown away by her thoroughness. She walked me through every step of the process, making sure I felt the self-care and relaxation I was looking for. After that amazing experience, I booked another treatment with her, a chemical peel. To be honest I was nervous, but Emily's expertise and clear explanations of the process and its effects on my skin put me at ease. I'm so appreciative of her dedication to keeping me comfortable and ensuring I always leave happy. I highly recommend Emily for anyone looking for a professional and caring esthetician!
