Eden Home Health care came out to help me after my stroke. The nurse was very good and helpful. The ladies who did PT with me were very informative about what is needed for recovery and what it does for me. I found this to be very encouraging. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for Home Care after a hospitalization.

I had Eden Healthcare until the 27th. Then to my surprise Eden Healthcare canceled my service. They claim I was inappropriate behavior for the cancelation. Yes one time I did say something that could be improper. I did apologize to my caregiver. What Eden Healthcare didn't say was whole truth for the cancelation. Like I live in Benson AZ and I am the client they have Benson

Eden is great! The nurses (Chantel and Marla) and physical therapist (Shannon) were top notch. Very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous.. insert more positive words. I would highly recommend Eden.

Worst experience ever! Caregivers were never on time. They were 30 minutes to an hour late. They never notified us. When the bill came, the manager told us, "Well at least we showed" Protect your loved ones and run.

Awful experiences through this company. Very unprofessional in handling patients and their families. Would cancel visits with little to no notice. Constantly changing caregivers with no notice. Sending caregivers who weren’t experienced to my family who required more in depth care resulting in injuries.

Worked as an employee with this company. All together the company was completely unprofessional and could not handle situations properly. I would not recommend working with Eden nor getting services through them.

The nurses are quick to think something is wrong in the home when you are safer with family then by yourself. And they are quick to accuse you of you of driving when someone else drove your car. Then tells you that your mother can do your wound care ( when your mother has had a triple bypass the beginning of 2022 and with other health problems). They are always siding with their employees. And the head nurse Nettie allows any nurse to order supplies for patients without asking the patient if they are running low on supplies. They caused another bill for me when they over ordered supplies one time then they did not order supplies I really needed.
