Ruth Webb is one of the most dedicated caregivers I have ever had. She understands how difficult it is for a patient to bare themselves. If Ruth could be cloned I would keep the original for myself!! She is MY FAVORITE!!

As a Caregiver for this company and worked with other agencies this is the most rewarding job and company that I got the amazing chance to work with and support our clients. With the support of the staff and other caregivers this agency is always giving 100% to the clients/families to help support them in everyday life.
Even as a Caregiver this Agency also understands how to support not just the clients/families they also take amazing care of all the Staff(Administration/Caregivers/Nurses) both of the Sierra Vista and Tuscon Arizona Offices.
If you ever get the chance to work with this Agency in anyway possible. I absolutely highly recommend them.

My husband is a new client.Iβm very pleased with Brite Star caregivers Ruth, Jackie and Kamayla. They were helpful and attentive to my husband helping him with showings and assisting him get dressed. Monday Kamayla gave me hand and mopped the bathroom floor . Such a big help. I would recommend giving Brite Star and their caregivers a chance they are super. Nancie Denogean is a true blessing to our family. Our father has frontal lobe dementia and needs 24/7 care. Nancie makes our father her number one priority, as she understands his needs and she is interactive with him throughout the day. I know when I go to work that Pops is safe and taken care of because Nancie is dependable and consistent. In addition, sheβs friendly and a pleasure to be around. Pops has short-term memory, but he remembers Nancie due to her infectious personality; every time Pops sees her he smiles. Nancie is an exceptional caregiver whose work ethic is beyond reproach.

Desire, is a terrific nurse does and excellent job. She cares about my comfort level, is always on time. She will accommodate changes in my schedule do to travel or other doctors appointments. I canβt express my gratitude more. She is the best home health nurse I have ever had.

It appears that some of their employees. Can even add thing up and when you call to get thing fixed they do nothing. Example 5 weeks ago one of their employee came to my brothers house and set up his meds for the next 5 weeks. The problem is that she set her next appointment for 6 weeks out. This means that after 5 weeks my brothers meds will be empty and he will. Not have meds set up for that last week be for sho comes back to set up the meds again. I realized this during the 5th week and called them to see if they could get some out by the end of the 5th week to setup his meds. No one showed up. He is now out of the setup meds, he is totally disabled and can not setup his own meds.

Kaitlynn gas been my husband's caregiver for several months. She is ALWAYS on time and arrives with a cherry smile and a bright "hello".
Her care is genuine and she pays close attention to my husband's needs.

Chris was amazing, and so kind, and Caring . I was nervous about having my picc line removed. She explained everything she was doing and she made me feel so comfortable, and answered every question that I had for her. Iβm grateful for her experience in nursing, and compassion for her patients..thanks again Patricia Bray.
