Great service the dentist was amazing did exactly what I needed relieved a lot of pain great friendly staff and I couldn't ask for any better service

Got root canel fixed and the dental assistants dropped my crown for canel twice in mouth. Then kept putting crown in back and forth and saying it don’t fit. Then before this, my crown fell out of root canel and my mouth too small and had to deal with pain of healing for a week. They stretched my. Mouth so bigger than I imagined like jagger knot. Doc said mouth too small and I should go probably pediatric dentist that deals with small mouths .

Poor front desk service-uncaring...Second time never received reminder phone call for appointment...no follow up when didn't show for appointment. Husband had been waiting for treatment for broken tooth and fillings that fell out (prior filled by dentist at 1st dental)
Done with this incompetent dental office.

I absolutely love Dr. Long Bui and his entire team. The level of care and consideration they show toward their patients’ well-being—both medically and financially is truly exceptional.

As a single parent who receives no child support, affordability and transparency really matter to me, and this office has always been respectful and mindful of that.

What stands out even more is how compassionate and understanding they are with neurodivergent patients. My son has autism, and he couldn’t stop talking about how quick and painless his wisdom teeth removal was. That kind of experience means everything for someone who can be anxious about dental procedures.

Dr. Bui also made sure both my son and his sister had clear, thorough aftercare, which gave me a lot of peace of mind as a parent.

When I changed insurance plans, I actually chose one specifically accepted by this office because of how well they’ve treated my children. That says everything about the trust and confidence I have in their work.

Poor customer service specially when it comes to setting appointments. They change your appointment in a dime and expect you to show up within a 30 minutes window. I canceled my future appointments and hopefully never have to go back there. I requested to talk to the area supervisor which they refused to give me their contact number. They took my number down which they already had in my file. Hopefully this review encourage them to follow up on my request.

I agree with David and Lucas’ reviews! Dr. Bui is the worst dentist I have ever seen! I am 68 years old and I have never had any dental problems in my entire adult life, that is, until I moved down here to Arizona and had the misfortune of choosing First Dental Care for my Dentistry.

First, he wanted to pull a tooth that I have never had any problems with, just because he said it was loose after he grabbed it and forcibly yanked it back-and-forth several times! Thankfully, I had the common sense to tell him NO!

Then he told me I had NINE cavities where I had never had any cavities before and drilled them out. I have been in pain from his procedure for the past five months (Whereas I had no pain before)and have been living on Ibuprofen! I can only BARELY eat on one side of my mouth, and I have to completely stay away from the other side of my mouth while I am eating! It feels like he uncovered nerves, and just left them open!

I think he just makes up Dental work to do so he can make more money! I wish I could give him a lower rating than one star!

I have since found another dental provider who I am certain will take better care of me and my my teeth than Dr. Bui!
