Joel was our service provider today. He offered exceptional service, was unfailingly polite and professional! Joel helped us choose a new thermostat and patiently walked us through the very simple steps to operate it.

Joel with White Mountain heating and cooling just finished replacing 3/8 soft copper drain line for my ac. He also put in a wet switch detector incase it ever leaks again.
