The technician, Dallas, was very cordial and jumped right into diagnosing the problem. He had to bravely go into a crawl space under the house to find the cause of the power outage. He found the problem and gave advice on what an electrician needed to do. That helped me and the electrician get the AC working in short order.
Dallas was our service technician. He was on time, kept us informed, was knowledgeable and able to resolve our problems with a 20 year old unit. Thanks White Mountain Heating & Cooling!
