Fast, efficient and effective!

Justin responded quickly to my enquiry and fixed my laptop promptly (same day), which was much appreciated. He was helpful and knowledgeable after a failed firmware update (corrupt reboot) resulted in the laptop.being unable to reboot. Thanks, Justin for such great service!
