My electrical contractor bought a gfi breaker for my spa 8 months ago and it was never installed, he said it was purchased at Home Depot and I had paid him for it. No record of his purchase was found and I had no receipt. She called the contractor for me and found it had been purchased on line with a credit card and shipped to his business.
