Your customer service representative Michelle was outstanding and went the extra mile to help me. My electrical contractor bought a gfi breaker for my spa 8 months ago and it was never installed, he said it was purchased at Home Depot and I had paid him for it. No record of his purchase was found and I had no receipt. She called the contractor for me and found it had been purchased on line with a credit card and shipped to his business. With that information I was given store credit which I gladly spent and much more on other merchandise. She should be given a raise and you have just won a customer for life. Clay Overson.
