About Bison Golf Club
Nestled in the majestic White Mountains of Show Low, Arizona, the Bison Golf Club offers a stunning 18-hole semi-private course that winds through towering pine trees and a spacious grand meadow. The course provides a picturesque golfing experience for players at a reasonable price. While the course is generally well-received, with narrow fairways and a pretty layout, some guests have noted a few inconveniences, such as the lack of a cart girl and the need to cross a busy road to reach certain holes. The on-site bar and grill offers a casual dining atmosphere, with a friendly but sometimes unprofessional wait staff. The food is generally satisfactory, though some dishes, like the overdone burger and dry Reuben, have received mixed reviews. Recently, guests praised the staff as wonderful and the greens as beautiful, highlighting the restaurant as amazing and the carts in impeccable shape. The environment of the staff is inviting and uplifting, making it a favorite spot to enjoy a round of golf, especially when escaping the heat from Phoenix. The layout takes full advantage of the White Mountains' scenery, with pine-lined fairways and elevation changes that make the game challenging and fun. The clubhouse provides a great place to relax after playing. Overall, Bison Golf Club delivers a enjoyable golfing experience in a beautiful natural setting, complemented by welcoming service and a good dining atmosphere.
Just had thier Friday fish fry special. Great 👍 dinner, service, and atmosphere!
Great course, mountain golf thru the pines. Very challenging, but fun. Take what the course gives you and don’t challenge it, otherwise you’ll pay. Friendly staff, nice 19th hole. Very reasonable prices.
Great beautiful course in the mountains!
