We have been with Rob for 2 years now and the lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Rob doesn’t respond to emails unless he wants money. It takes weeks to get a call back after leaving a message if at all. He refuses to provide me with an itemized bill and is trying to overcharge me for tax services into the thousands of dollars. I’ve requested an itemized bill for the last 2 billing tax cycles and have not been provided one. They said they could get my 2024 taxes done to close on a house in the time frame I requested and Rob said he would complete but not only did it not get done in time but he just never responded at all causing our closing date... read full review

My husband chose this Show Low CPA, specifically Mr Jones. although we live East of Snowflake. We have very poor cell service at our home and prefer mail and text messages for simple communication. In addition to communication issues and being unable to accommodate our communication needs, the office has organization work flow issues that cause a lot of stress for the office staff and for clients. Lastly, don’t go to Mr Jones if you have a solar system, his interpretation of the solar tax law and tax credit is incorrect and you will have to go to someone else.1) Mr Jones doesn’t respond to emails if it doesn’t involve direct information he needs.
