Alta Sierra was absolutely wonderful! As a brand new client bursting through their doors they openly welcomed me in with emergency treatment for my dog. The staff was genuinely compassionate and helped me understand what happened to my dog was not preventable or curable. I was so impressed. They were a true blessing on a very difficult day.
We had brought our dog into a different vet three different times, and they had ignored what we were saying all three times. Then we came here and they listened to our concerns and our Charlie finally got looked at properly and his issues were found and finally treated.
We brought our very ill dog in and all of the staff were very caring and considerate of our dog and us. Her condition ended up being terminal, and they were providing excellent care up to the very end. Both Dr. Snyder and the Jared, the Veterinary tech, cared a lot for us. We spent over 4 years with our sweet girl, but they appreciated that attachment over the approximately 4 hours we spent with them. The attachments to the noble beasts in our lives run deep to our souls and we feel the loss that deeply.
