Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital is a very nice and clean facility with caring and professional veterinarians. The staff is kind and gentle and does thorough check ups. They make pets feel comfortable and cared for, even in emergencies. Clients feel confident in the care provided, describing it as top notch. While some services may be pricey, the quality is considered worth it. The office ladies are also noted as being nice.
I had an emergency with one of my dogs. She had hurt her leg badly. I was afraid she had broken her shoulder. Called the vet I had taken my other dog to, and they said, " we can see her in 4 days." WHAT! My dog has a possible broken shoulder, and I should wait 4 days! I don't think so. I called Blue Ridge, and they got me in immediately. Great place! Thanks again for caring enough to see my injured dog. FYI, it was just bad soft tissue damage she's doing better...
Dr. Ellis and her staff were very professional and friendly. They were very attentive and explained all the procedures beforehand and why they were necessary. They were compassionate towards my dog's illness. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellis and this facility.
This clinic is by far, the best veterinary experience I've ever had. To say that is remarkable, in that, the reason for my visit was to find out if my dog of 14 years was dying, which happened to be the case. Dr. Ellis squeezed us into an already tight schedule, but was extremely thorough and caring, without a bit of rush on their part. We actually ended up spending 2 1/2 hours at the clinic, and though we were leaving sad, we were sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision in the best interest of our pet. It turned out we had to put our girl down that evening, but I am so grateful to have found this hospital to help us. I will be returning there. By the way, I even received a sympathy card in the mail with well wishes from everybody who met our dog that day, quite a consolation. Thank you Aspen Ridge!
