First-time floaters can enjoy a silent, pitch-black experience, which helps to relieve mind and body tensions. The staff is kind and accommodating, and the oxygen bar is available for free after the float. While the water temperature may be colder than expected, it can be adjusted to a comfortable level. The amenities are great, including flipflops, towels, shower caps, shampoo, and conditioner, all contributing to a soothing experience. The float itself helps to remove negativity and melt away worries and cares of the day. Overall, True REST Float Spa is an excellent place to unwind and rejuvenate, offering a unique and fascinating experience that is worth trying.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at True Rest Float Spa! As someone who works with energy and the body, I was blown away by how effective the float was at moving stuck energy in my low back and hips — areas I've been holding tension for a while.
The zero-gravity environment created the perfect conditions for deep release. By the time I floated out, I felt lighter, more grounded, and genuinely realigned. It's rare to find a modality that works on the physical and energetic levels simultaneously, but this delivered on both.

Loved it! It was a NEEDED experience after my active hike. And the oxygen afterward necessary. Music options? I prefer tracks that play the entire 60 minute session.
