The Wilde Haven Spa

My girlfriends and I returned from a relaxing, wonderful experience at the Wilde. Service was excellent, rooms well appointed and the hotel was full of amenities. This was the relaxing and refreshing experience we were looking for, 100%! The Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Conveniently located and a great property. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks!

Giving this 3 stars instead of less because Lisa did an exceptional job with my massage. Price doesn’t match the quality. George needs to work on his customer service skills. He misscharged my tip which I already put a generous 20 percent. He acted like it was a huge Inconvenience that he had to correct it (I’m sorry but that’s the $ I told you to put) they’re a little pushy to add that. I thought we had it resolved and I went to check out of my hotel and the concierge informed me I had been double charged. $200 spa experience didn’t match to me in my opinion. For that price your customer service needs to be 5 stars.

The good: The massage felt very nice and relaxing, the facilities are clean and you can stay as long as you need. The bad: We waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to show up and help us, so we were a bit rushed to change before our appointment that says to show up 15 minutes prior. The twin flame rose petal candlelit bath was very underwhelming. From the description, I was under the impression the bath would be filled with rose petals and it would be a dark, candlelit bath. The lights were on, the windows open so people could see us if they were outside, there was one candle and the roses were on top on the bath and on the table.
