I took a Hot Vinyasa class with Karen. This might have been the best class I have taken! Loved her flows, cues, and energy. She made me feel very welcome. I will return when I am in the area.

What a great Studio to practice hot yoga at I tried this for the first time several weeks ago, it was hard but I felt amazing the next couple of days can't wait to try it again

The best yoga studio in Sedona and the VOC area! The teachers are talented, super friendly and welcoming, and teach each class with intent and purpose. My favorite is Hot Vinyasa with Dani and Regular Flow with Linda. Open to both locals and visitors, stop on by for an amazing experience! The studio is clean, well maintained, and they have showers and nice locker rooms for your comfort.
