Northland Plumbing was outstanding. I had a leaky propane valve and a stubborn clog at my remote cabin, and none of it was straightforward. Weather conditions were rough, power was limited, and access wasn’t easy. None of that slowed him down.
He showed up with great energy, stayed focused on doing the job right, and worked through every obstacle without complaint. The enthusiasm and professionalism he brought to a challenging situation really stood out. Everything was fixed properly, and I felt confident in the work when he was done.

As a former contractor myself(not plumbing) this is exactly the kind of place I want coming to take care of my home. First real humans answer the phone. He worked us in, didn’t upsell a bunch of bullsh and work was done quickly at a fair price. Not many places left like this. Let’s support the real ones.

My experience was great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The guys showed up and diagnosed the problem and made a correction to the dishwasher drain hose and the leak seemed to be corrected. A few days later, the leak issue came up again. The guys came back out and made a different correction as the new leak seemed to be a different cause than the first. The did not charge me for the return visit. As with any diagnostic, it may not have been perfect...we are all human after all. However, they were willing to stand up for their work and correct it without charge. That's solid customer service!
