I have been going to Neiza for close to a year for hair and she does a perfect bayaloge on my thin long grayish blondish hair. The blonde has depth and takes precedent initially, and the regrowth is subtle and classy with the gray tones. I have had multiple people randomly complimenting my hair which rarely happened prior to Neiza. She is an expert at her craft.

Neiza is top notch. She understands my hair color needs. I get lots of compliments on my hair colors over the last 7 to 8 months since I have been getting my hair colored here. She does an excellent blow-dry and updos.
