Their team worked on myself, my mom, my mother-in-law, my two flower girls, and eight bridesmaids - so we were a big team they took on! - and everyone looked amazing. They really listened to the visions and reference photos we shared and were able to bring those looks to life in a way that felt true to what each person wanted.
For me personally, I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day. My hair and makeup turned out even better than I had envisioned, which is exactly what every bride hopes for. The team was also on time the morning of the wedding and the artists were so nice and fun to be around, which made the getting-ready portion of the day really enjoyable and relaxed for all of us.
The only challenge we experienced was communication leading up to the event. Response times were sometimes longer than expected, and there was a moment where my contract was mixed up with another client’s, which led to some confusion about the amount owed. I had to reference the contract to clarify the correct total.
That said, the day-of experience and the quality of the hair and makeup were fantastic. Everyone felt confident and beautiful, and the team helped make the morning of my wedding feel special and smooth.”
