I've been a client of Desert Haven for about five years now. My experience has been that the team is well organized, kind, and reliably competent. The new owners have proven to provide at least the same level of service and courtesy as the former and most of the team has stayed on which is a nice testament of its own. I have high standards and am totally confident and comfortable with the stewardship of Desert Haven Home Management; could not recommend them more highly.

Desert Haven delivers consistent, high-quality service backed by clear processes and strong quality control. We remained with Desert Haven because the team’s responsiveness and process discipline genuinely make ownership easier. Communication is prompt with us and with guests, and issues are handled in real time or planned thoughtfully when appropriate. Their quality checks show up in the details—cleanliness standards, guest readiness, and reliable follow-through. After several good years, we chose to stay because the team continues to perform at a high level. Overall, Desert Haven is well-run, consistent, and proactive—highly recommend.
We have owned a vacation home in Sedona for over two decades. The home is also rented when we are not in town. Believe me, we went through many cleaning services before found Desert Haven, and it's wonderful owner, Leila. We've now used them for years and recommend them 100%. Our homed is spotless when they leave, and renters also comment on the cleanliness and attractiveness of the house. They go the extra mile and are trustworthy, hard working, dependable, and do a superior job. The best in town!
