Barbie was very kind. I would definitely recommend going to her for your fur baby's grooming needs. I have had repeated communication issues with my vet, they referred me to Classy Critters. I suffer from a mental illness. I was a crying nervous wreck when I walked in. Barbie was great with my dog and with me reminding me that my energy travels to dog. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. TJ and her knocked it out with a dremel which was far better for getting a shorter trim. I love the walk in nail trim policy and the price is the best I have received in town. She told me if her answering machine doesn't say she is NOT there then to come on up before 2pm. Barbie is great with my timid Shih Tzu. She takes the time to make her feel as comfortable as possible. She always comes out looking great! Would recommend Classy Critters to anyone!
